A complete remodel, addition and conversion of a historic warehouse building into a state of the art photography, film, TV production studio facility located in the Dog Patch district of San Francisico California. The existing concrete warehouse building with wood bow truss roof system was completely remodeled with the addition of a third floor daylit studio and apartment integrating a 600 sq. ft. glass wall that doubles into a continuous skylight. 9,100 sq. ft. of working studio space. Project designed and executed while at MG & Co Architects San Francisco.
